WHEN SEPARATION BRINGS CLARITY

Scripture Focus: Genesis 13:14; Isaiah 30:21
It was no coincidence that God spoke to Abram only after he separated from Lot (Genesis
13:14). Lot had been a source of strife and a symbol of Abram’s partial obedience. Once they
parted ways, God reaffirmed His promise and gave Abram a clear vision of his inheritance.

Sometimes, divine direction is delayed because we are still holding on to relationships, places,
or things that God has asked us to release.
Separation is not always loss; sometimes, it is necessary for elevation. When we finally obey
fully, clarity follows. If you’ve been waiting to hear from God, it may be time to evaluate whether
there is something, or someone, you need to let go of. Trust that when you release what is not
meant for you, God will reveal what He has prepared for you.
Prayer: Lord, help me to trust You in moments of separation. Remove anything that hinders my
ability to hear You clearly and walk in Your purpose. Amen.
