don’t die in silence

Scripture Focus:
“And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is no interpreter of it. And
Joseph said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to God? tell me them, I pray you.” Genesis
40:8
The butler and baker could have kept their troubling dreams to themselves. But when they
opened up to Joseph, their solution appeared. Many people suffer longer than they should
because they choose silence over seeking help. Silence in times of struggle can be deadly.
Yet, not everyone is safe to talk to. Avoid those who gossip, judge, dismiss, or drain you with
negativity. Instead, seek out people like Joseph who are God-fearing, compassionate, and
equipped to help. God places helpers around us, but we must be discerning and courageous
enough to reach out. Speak up. Healing often begins the moment you share.

Prayer:
Father, give me the wisdom to speak out when I need help. Lead me to the right people who will
listen, support, and point me to You at all times, in Jesus’ name.
