Scripture Focus:
“And a certain man found him, and behold, he was wandering in the field: and the man asked
him, saying, What seekest thou?” – Genesis 37:15
He had no name and no title, Just “a certain man.” Yet this unknown figure played a pivotal role
in the destiny of Joseph. He didn’t part the sea or raise the dead, he simply gave direction. But
that direction led Joseph to his brothers, to the pit, to Egypt, to Pharaoh, and ultimately to global
influence.
Never underestimate your role, even if it seems small. That conversation, that one kind act, that
small seed of help could be the divine turning point for someone’s life. Be sensitive to the Spirit.
Someone around you might be “wandering in the field,” and your words could set the course for
their destiny. And if you’re the one wandering, may God send a certain man to guide you
forward in Jesus’ name.
Prayer:
Lord, make me sensitive enough to guide others toward their divine path. Use me, even in small
ways, to push others closer to their purpose. Amen.
