Scripture Focus: “…for the Lord God had not sent rain on the earth and there was NO ONE to WORK the ground.” – Genesis 2:5
Genesis 2 reveals a powerful principle: God refrains from releasing blessings until there’s a steward ready to manage them. Though man’s spirit existed in Genesis 1, God did not send rain until a physical man was formed in Genesis 2 to work the ground. This underscores the importance of management in accessing God’s provision.
If you cannot effectively manage the little God entrusts to you, it limits what He can release into your hands. Proper planning, budgeting, accountability, and wise stewardship of time, finances, and resources are non-negotiable for growth and greater blessings. Faithfulness in small matters positions you for much more.
Prayer: Father, make me a faithful steward in Jesus’ name.
